Playing with open cards

If you are a complete newbie it can be immensely helpful if all players play with open cards. This creates transparency and reveals all information immediately: Who are the partners in the game, who’s got high trumps, who needs to follow suit?

For experienced players, open cards ruin the thrill of the game, of course.

That’s why we build new settings that allow you to tailor the game experience to new or experienced players alike:

  1. Open game: With the “open game” setting the game shows the cards and parties of all players at the table. Great for newbies and people who like to cheat, boring for everyone else.
  2. Count points: This setting controls if the game shows the card points in the current trick and on each player’s trick stack. If you’re not too experienced counting points, this setting can help you learn. If you want to practice counting cards, you should disable this feature.

Simply tap the “settings” button in a game and tailor the experience to your preferences.

Have fun!
